Introduction:
Today we’ll be looking at a media player called the Uebo (pronounced you bo) M400 WiFi Media Player with Web Browser. This media player looks to be a radical transformation of most normal media players by adding many new features that most media players don’t have. The M400 does support USB 3.0 and 2.0 connections, a 3 TB HDD (sold separately), support for all media files, and True 1080p resolution and HD surround sound. The new and radical features that have been added are; Bit Torrent for torrent downloads, FTP, NAS for network storage ability, and DLNA support.
To top that off it has built in wireless along with Gigabit Ethernet and the ability to watch Internet TV such as ESPN, CNN, and NetFlix through a subscription service called PlayOn TV. This is definitely not your normal media player and will require more knowledge than a normal media player as well. This item could be a game changer.
Here we have a few photos that show the product in more detail.
In the images below you can see the sleek and stylish view of the front as well as a closeup of the ports on the side and rear of the M400. Notice the SD card slot and USB ports on the side along with the HDMI, Ethernet, video and audio out ports on the back.
The M400 also comes with these items and I highly recommend looking at the user manual before using this product or if you have questions about a certain topic as most things are covered in it.
On the next page we'll cover some of the features and specifications before we get deeper in the product itself.
