Samsung and CoolIT from CES

 Samsung

As we trucked around the show floor we swung by the Samsung Booth we took a quick peak at a few of their laptops and netbook offerings.  Samsung has had a pretty decent offering overseas for quite a while, but they've not had much in North America.  It is interesting to see how many of these models they will actually bring to Canada and the USA.

We took a stop by the CoolIT booth as well and Geoff Lyon shows us the Eco, Omni, Maestro and Vantage close up.  These cooling solutions cover two price/performance points on your CPU as well as an very incredible idea for GPU cooling.  The Maestro is a wireless product that can enhance any cooling solution as well as add some bling to your system.  The wireless controllers can run lights, fans, temperatures sensors and more.

It is nice to see that CoolIT is pricing their products very respectfully as they work on better ways to manufacture higher-performing components that actually cost less money to build.  They pass this off to the consumer with products that look as good as they perform.
