Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL

Google launched their Pixel 2 devices yesterday and overall it seems like they were pretty well received. Hardware specs have been improved over the original and you can start to preorder them right away. The biggest interesting move is that Google has also jumped on the "let's get rid of the headphone jack" bandwagon.

Also announced were a couple new Google Home devices, a new Pixelbook, a new version of their Daydream View VR headset, new wireless headphones, and even an intelligent camera. Overall I'd say it was a pretty good day for the Google people and The Verge breaks down all of their annoucements over here.

Google’s Pixel event today confirmed a lot of leaks and rumors, but it also held some surprises and software upgrades developed with machine learning. Marking its second year making hardware, Google announced the new Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL; an interesting new camera called Google Clips; a new Google Home Mini and Max; a Pixelbook, and an updated Google Daydream.

If you missed any of it, we have the biggest announcements right here.
