As many of you have noticed or heard through the grapevine recently, the filter industry has hit a massive bottleneck.
One of our primary filter manufacturing partners unexpectedly halted production on a major scale, shutting down operations for a huge portion of the entire industry and leaving brands everywhere scrambling.
We didn’t just sit back and wait, though. AMSOIL selected new manufacturing partners months ago, diving straight into rigorous vendor qualification, performance validation, and tooling up a brand-new factory line to ensure we don’t compromise on quality.
The good news? New AMSOIL filters are starting to become available very soon.
What to Expect Over the Coming Weeks
As our new production lines spin up and stock rolls out, here is what you need to know about how availability will look:
- Staggered Rollout: It takes about five to nine days to fully stock all distribution centers. Because of this, inventory will be arriving in waves across the U.S. and Canada.
- Temporary vs. Permanent Stock: For a small handful of specific part numbers, we are receiving a brief temporary supply to bridge the gap. These initial batches may run out quickly before returning to the lineup permanently a bit later down the road.
- Tracking Your Specific Parts: Projected availability varies by individual filter part number.
We’ll be providing regular updates as stock hits the distribution centers and parts start rolling in.
