DRM Fails! (http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/62995) 2:20
DRM has never worked and now Command and Conquer 4 looks even worse.  It requires a constant internet connection – for the single player campaign.  Even the CTO from EA Games says it’s unacceptable (http://www.neoseeker.com/news/13423-ea-editor-criticizes-command-conquer-4-drm/).  On a positive note, Ubisoft is trying to buy your love and giving you free stuff to say sorry for the downtime.

AMD Leaks 12-Core Opteron CPUs – Take that Intel! (http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/article/192761/what_amd_12core_opterons_mean_to_your_business.html?24325) 9:00
Even though Intel has been getting a lot of press recently with their 6-Core Core i7, AMD is quietly on the verge of releasing 12-Core CPUs into the wild server market.  The only thing AMD has going for it is the much lower cost of the server. PCWorld has more details (http://www.pcworld.com/article/192066/amd_12_core_leak.html).

iPhone Hacker Thinks He’s Cracked the iPad – Before Launch (http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2010/03/jailbreak-iphone-ipad/) 15:21
In another case of DRM not working, it appears that the iPad may already be cracked before it ships.  Apple is locking out jail-broken iPhone from the App store and I’m sure the same will be true with the iPad.

iPad Sold Out on Launch Day (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2361920,00.asp) 18:45
Although the iPad is super limited in its functionality, it is popular.  New pre-orders will be delayed a week, but they’ll be coming.

”Super Size” DSi XL Makes US Debut (http://www.tgdaily.com/games-and-entertainment-brief/49140-super-size-dsi-xl-makes-us-debut) 24:47
Although it isn’t more powerful and doesn’t have higher resolution, the DSi XL has finally made it to North America.  At this point, I’m pretty happy with my original DS, but if I was shopping for a new hand-held gaming platform, I’d consider it.  The size may actually may be a drawback for a lot of people, instead of the benefit.

NVIDIA Finally Launches Fermi – GF100 – Shipping…Later (http://www.legitreviews.com/article/1258/14/) 26:32
The performance of the GF100 is not as impressive when it comes to real-world applications.  Although it is better at pure Tessellation, it can’t pull off significant performance improvements over a cheaper Radeon HD5870.  More reviews below:
