PlayStation Network is Back Up and Running (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2385404,00.asp)
After almost a month of outage, the PlayStation Network is now back online.  This has been a rough spell for Sony and we’ve seen sales slump as people get tired (http://www.next-gen.biz/news/psn-outage-begins-to-hit-retail) of not playing Call of Duty with their buddies.  Sony is trying to keep people happy with promised “I’m so sorry” packages that may or may not be coming in the near future.

Windows 7 Has Less Viruses (http://www.neowin.net/news/windows-7s-infection-rates-five-times-lower-than-windows-xp)
I like Windows 7 more than XP for sure, and this could be a reason why.  It is way more secure and has a lot less viruses and Windows XP – or Vista… Nicely done.

Goolge Wants Android Everywhere (http://gigaom.com/2011/05/11/android-everywhere/)
It looks like the Google I/O Conference was a lot about Android and why not?  This is a platform that has massive growth and a lot of traction and room for a lot more growth.  Now you can get hardware and software development kits to get  you Android fix pretty much everywhere.

Android hits 100,000,000 Devices (http://www.tomsguide.com/us/android-activations-downloads-milestones-users,news-11135.html)
Success can be defined in many ways.  One of which is 100 Million activated devices.  Google has done all of this and shows no signs of slowing down.  Next stop, 250,000,000 by Christmas?

RIAA Gets Paid $105 Million, Artists Get Nothing (http://torrentfreak.com/limewire-pays-riaa-105-million-artists-get-nothing-110513/)
The RIAA are a bunch of blood-sucking leaches as evidenced by their $105 Million win that pays nothing to Musicians.  They are using this to line their coffers and hire more lawyers to sue more people – and repeat the cycle.  Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

8 Acquisitions That Changed Computing (http://www.pcmag.com/slideshow/story/264315/eight-acquisitions-that-changed-the-face-of-computing/8)
There have been some ground-breaking products and services over the years that changed hands to become even better.  Some did not fare so well, but PCMag has a list of 8 that changed the WORLD!

Microsoft Buys Skype (http://www.wired.com/epicenter/2011/05/microsoft-buys-skype-2/)
Microsoft hasn't bought anything new for a while so I guess it was about time.  They dropped $8.5 Billion on Skype in an effort to bring some new features into their product lineup.  It's interesting that this comes recently after someone made Skype work with Kinect.  There may be a future marriage between the two.  The full press release is below at the Read More link.

I jumped on flickr and checked out that mod you had done to your hand Zeus.
Does this mean your going to be camping in Call of Duty? Oh wait, that doesn't change your game play at all!

Your in my prayers for a speedy recovery.

I really enjoy your podcasts but you guys are real rednecks - Kyocera is a Japanese company.  If you knew what their important ceramic products were, you would not be making jokes about the company.  Just imagine how many Iraqi/Afghan injured have been treated with their products!!!
