We have just taken a look at the Thermaltake Water 2.0 Performer Liquid Cooling System (http://www.bcchardware.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=11837&Itemid=40).  This kit is their entry-level unit that offers pretty decent performance for the price and covers all current AMD and Intel sockets.  If you're thinking about getting into liquid cooling, this is not a bad place to start.  Check out our review for all the ups and downs of this kit (http://www.bcchardware.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=11837&Itemid=40).

At the end of the day however, it's hard to call the Water 2.0 Performer from Thermaltake a winner.  It's not that this is a loser, but for a few dollars more the extra radiator cooling area of the Pro kit is worth the extra money in my opinion.  The Performer radiator has less than half of the cooling area of the Pro radiator and this equates for the large temperature difference under load...
