Haha,  Alright seeker,  I'm in.  GOTY comes pre-installed on my machine.  Its a little arrangement I have with Microsoft.
2V2 Supcom 2 Sounds good I think.  Haven't played it enough to know if there's a better way to go or not.  Better practice up I guess.

Perhaps its necessary, but it pains me to see UT3 excluded from 2013.  Still my fav LAN game.  On another note, I'm excited for Supreme Commander 2.  What format would this tourney take?  1v1? 2v2?

Looks like there's lots of room remaining for Vulclan.  Has everybody told everyone they know (ie.  aunts, grandmas, random people from the street.) about this great event?  Lets fill those empty chairs.  After all, the more people there the greater chance that Bonerak or Nicao are going down this year in the UT tourney!!  Go Terror Go!!

Well Bonerak, I must stringently contest your claim to a UT3 tournament victory.  I think you're forgetting once again the potent and highly organized team play of Nicao and Epi.  As for COD, if you can take any kind of satisfaction from winning a game where it is considered clever and skillfull to hide out in a basement for the duration and shoot the enemy as they (finally) come down the stairs, you're welcome to it.  lol!  At the risk of offending my cousins further, I'll leave it at that!!

Practice is irrelevant bonerak.  I'm counting on the law of averages to work in our favour this year.   Perhaps that will come in the form of really bad lag on your machine.  Dare to dream.... :)

Keeping mid-march open.  We must have the usual UT3 tourney.  This year, Epi and Nicao are going down.

I'm on board with SS, however I feel I must point out that SS2 is a far superior game, so hopefully that is what everyone is referring to.   "Are You Serious??"

Looking forward to it boys.  Not sure if I'll be able to game during the workday on Friday, but I'll come Thursday and set up at the very least so I'll be ready to go Friday after work.  Hopefully there's some good SupCom action as per usual.  Thanks for the extra day Zeus.  Good stuff.

Certainly would love to come.  Unfortunately Feb is no good for me.  March might work.  I'll keep an eye out for the details.

Thanks to Zeus and Fujitsu for a very successful weekend.   Everything was very well set up and the venue wasn't as oversized as I feared!  So it should be even better next year with 500 people.  That's our goal right?  500?  Anyway, next year no Bonerak/Nicao Unreal team.  That is just unfair!

Quick Q&A / Re: Need help with Vista!

Thanks guys for responding. I imagine I'll go back to XP for the time being and revisit Vista when SP1 comes out.  Thanks.

Quick Q&A / Need help with Vista!
« on: June 22, 2007, 08:44:48 PM »
I'm not sure anybody is going to be able to help me, but here goes.  I bought a copy of Vista for my former gaming machine (big recent upgrade!!)  I thought it would be a good idea to familiarize myself with Vista for my work (installing wireless Internet).  So I took the plunge.  Problem is some of my hardware seems incompatible with Vista.  My All-in-One drivers (A7n8x) don't work... Vista doesn't recognize one of the devices associated with the onboard sound card.(401 MSU or something like that).  Neither Nvidia nor Asus is providing support for Vista for this particular board.
Did I just throw away $140??  What can I do?  Perhaps one of you is a genius with hardware drivers/compatibilty issues.  HELP!! :(

Hmmm, very interesting stuff.  I think for the time being I will stick with the Wireless GL for my wireless needs.  I have done some work with netgear routers and the constant rebooting can definitely be distressing at times.

If I was into consoles, I would definitely chrome my Wii.  Does anyone know if there is a similar product for a 98 ford contour?
