Don't think WebP has really much of a chance of being successful, but since it's Google, there's a chance they can pull it off.

Notes from the Shows / Re: Episode #66 - Google, Apple & WebOS 2.0

The image search is pretty good after Google decided to use a new system, I'll admit, but in terms of video searching, I like to see the description, views, upload date, etc. so Bing or Google doesn't cut out for me.

I didn't think Bing was really alive to begin with  :o The best thing they've done was give out free t-shirts en masse.

It would be nice if they'd listen to the podcast and hear it for themselves.  Ultimately, if they send an email that's all they need though.
Looks like some of them are too lazy to even send an e-mail.  :o

If I want to refer the contest to a couple of friends, do I need to tell them to sign up or just send the e-mail?

« on: February 25, 2010, 08:21:52 PM »

Good news Civilization fans, you'll be getting a 5th installment sometime in the future (Fall 2010). Sid Meier and Firaxis studios have also announced that it will be based on a newly developed game engine and will offer considerable support for the modding community. Gamasutra has more on this new announcement.

   Facebook won't be t. . .

It truly is a timeless classic however I still prefer the simplicity of the original, don't get me wrong having a council is an interesting dynamic. How many people here really take there advice seriously?

If you take their advice, then it's like having them play your game for you  :o
