anyone ever tried these? or heard anything about them?

Just wondering if they actually cancel out noise like they advertise..

It is the fact that they have silicon earbuds and they act as earplugs.  I have a set of Sennheiser CX300 earbuds and they do a good job cutting out external sounds.  I imagine these would do the same thing.
