Would sure me nice to get one more lan party in before I head south to university! ;)  Any chance we could organize one more, maybe early August?  Mid and end of August is going to be super busy for me.

I kinda think that would be a great idea i have since redone my server just working out the bugs got the bright skins working just gotta tweek it as for now i have a little time to play

If we have another one, we might have it out here at the farm.  Just get the serious gamers out here.  No internet.  All must play on the server.

I agree it should be an invite only kind of event where we know that everybody that comes will play on the server.  However, if we're going to have the party out on the farm, we need to make sure all the patches and updates are available on the server.  Sorry seeker!  As if running a server isn't bad enough. ;)  After all, we already had Pat add extra power to his building.  Just some thoughts.

I suggest we have a BF lan party, but maybe thats just me

anyways, having them at Threads 'N Motion isn't a problem, even if we just want to have a small one, but its up to you guys, don't really matter to me

I agree, we need to have a bf lan party this time around.  Having it on the farm would be ok, just as long as someone has all the patches and updates on their computer.

I totally agree.  Let's get one going.  I also think that we shoudn't limit the party to just one game.  I think we should switch between BF and Ut2k3.  I really enjoy both games and would be good to change between them.

So, the most important thing...who's going to pick a date and location?  Zeus? (nudge nudge)

Well things would be good for me on the 16 (aug) or the 2 after 5.00 pm im going thru my server for things so far everything runs awesome and im not going to put things in a day before and expect it to work hint hint.....a couple of ppl told me that when they bring servers that its their rules their server thats the way im going to lean to on this one you dont like it well we better have another server ready to go.. things i think woulda ran like at home here np if i didnt piss around with it and try to get everybody happy with their tweeks most ran awesome after we had the time to figure out not in the heat of the moment, but i have np of bringing mine if everybody agrees with this and if i dont get an invite because of this reply thats ok too... but thats my 2 cents lmk

Good idea Seeker. You may not please me with the settings, but thats my problem and I'll still play and enjoy my self. So low gravity quad jump zark instagib it is?

If it's BattleField 1942 then put me on Nicao's team. His mad skillz in that game and my.. lack of them ballances things out. And remember, there are always tanks at your base even if they don't show up on the map..

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make this one.  I'm busy at my cousins wedding on the 2nd, and I have no idea about the 9th.  We'll have to see.  BF1942 or UT2003, it makes no difference.

aug 2 i wont be able to be there before 5ish the 9 i have a wedding to goto in high river so thats out for me was thinking about this saturday july 26 any ideas?? i know things dont go as smooth as the professionals do it as im learning and thought that i could hold my own and bring my server and have np's but that was the case of the last one this one i hope to better equiped........sorry ppl newbies learning could cause a little pissed off feeling as i wasnt to happy either i realy appreciated the help from all that was there getting this mess going

I'm pretty much good for most Saturdays.  However I know Bones is in Calgary this weekend.  Whatever you do, someone let me know in time for me to make plans.

Haha, thx for the vote of confidence, but I'm not 1337 at anything.  Cept when it comes to dying, I can do that pretty good.  I'd like a good bf lan, but if we're not going to get many people, we might have to do a game that doesn't require a lot of people.
