I really don't get why Dell makes some of its contest eligible for Quebec and not others.

Its like most canadian deals, which for some reason exclude quebec, must be some weird prize laws or something, or maybe they just have crazy lotteries and such that the rest of canada isn't supposed to know about

Quebec has it's own sets of laws on lottery and importing "free" products into their province.  It's not Dell's fault - it's the way the Quebec government regulates lotteries.

Ummm just checking didn't Quebec want to separate and this could be the way the contests run now..... I know only too well about the Quebec governments moronic lottery rules. I was simply stating that Dell does allow Quebecers to enter some(but not all) of it's contests.
