Tablet PC vs. Laptop

Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about Buying a Laptop for School/fun and I'm sorta between a Laptop or a Tablet PC.

Right now I have a Lenovo T-61. It's wicked, but then I look at the touch-screen aspect of the Tablet PCs and I don't know which way to go.

Anybody have any experience with Tablets?  Are they worth the extra money?

I would say just save your money for something else, however it all depends on how much you are actually going to use the touch screen, personally I would not use it pretty much at all. For certain applications however, it is really nice. Go to a store that has one on display and try it out first before you shell out the cash.

What did you end up getting?

I was looking at a tablet for awhile however it really came down to would it really serve me? vs looking awesome! Sadly, I never did get that tablet.. one day.. one day..   8)
