The contest will run between May 2nd and May 22th. You will have to register on the forums, post in the thread and make an additional 5 posts to qualify for the competition. North America only.

Same case - same cost for shipping (free) but you can better your chances here by posting more and following me on twitter.  ;)

This is a new case and NZXT has recently started to push their products more.  This is a good PR shift for the company that is getting their name everywhere and that is always a good thing.

Looks like NZXT is really pushes the market on this case which is no surprise since it is one nice case.
