We've dumped on the iPad from Apple and it has certainly received a ton of press - both negative and positive.  If you've been dying for one of these - the wait is over.  Well, not quite, but the wait to spend your money is over.  You can now pre-order your favorite iPad - WiFi only or WiFi + 3G.  3G will set you back an extra $130 no matter what size you choo. . .

Haha! just an oversized iPhone! I bet you that someone will create a phone out of that thing.

There is a Skype App so yes, you can use it as a phone.  Imagine holding a 10" device to your head.  That would be pretty 1988.
