This is one amazing drive from Plextor. I've been doing some preliminary testing on it, and so far I'm pretty much in awe. They have fixed everything (as far as hardware goes) on this drive that could be possible to fix. It is faaaast! It burns and reads CD's at 40x, and Burns DVD's up to 8X (DVD+R), and reads DVD Video's at a respectable 8-10X actual. Much better than their DVD Burner.
A review will be a little while in coming yet. I want to see how this drive behave over time. Stay tuned though.
