Zalman ZM-M240W Stereoscopic 3D Monitor

We have just taken a look at the Zalman Trimon Steroscopic 3D LCD Monitor.  This is a 24in  unit that comes ready to rip up your favorite 3D games using passive (polarized) glasses.  While this experience doesn't offer quite the same 3D experience of active shutter glasses, the fact that you can buy extra glasses for $3 - or use RealD glasses from the last movie you saw, make it quite appealing.  Please check out our review for all the details.

The 3D debate is long from over and there is not a definitive winner at this point.  Active shutter glasses do provide the best image quality - but at the expense of eye-strain and cost.  Polarized (passive) solutions like the Zalman ZM-M240W can ease the eye-strain, but are a bit more finicky to set up and provide their own sets of challenges. . .
