As for as i know im kinda looking into the legion for $ and stuff as far as i know tables are there so we dont need any. Dont think that there is high speed connection there so its just a place with power and tables hope to see asap..... If it is booked is the AW place still open??

If we're having a LAN party Vulclan VS arrowwood, then I would highly suggest somebody bring a gamevoice server. After all, I have one now, and I'm dying to use it! I just think gamevoice would add that much more to the game play.

same here, I got it for free when I bought UT2K3 at Future Shop, and only ever use it for headphone volume control, and to swich back and forth from my speakers and headphones
someday though, it will come in handy for games

I have a teamspeak server setup. Personally I prefer Team Speak over gamevoice.

A gamevoice or teamspeak server is a great idea, but make sure that you have your mic and headphones calibrated before you get to the LAN. If have to try to adjust them at the LAN, it will be very frusterating for everyone. Just a thought based on a little experience.

Seeker,
Well obviously gamevoice would be very helpful when we play desert combat! It would also be very useful during UT2k3 team play like CTF.

Even though I cannot attend the LAN, I personally like Ventrillo, or TeamSpeak, both are quite good. At some of our previous LANs we tried the Game Voice, but there were a number of people that had a hard time getting it to work properly.

So HD you for sure that AW is open maybe check it out please. Maybe we should get this going a little faster so ppl know whats up...

the Cedar vista might also have conference rooms that are bookable, we might check into that too

Seeker,
Since I am currently a resident alien of the United States, I would ask if somebody closer to home would please call AW and see if the hall is available. I don't know who to call about that, but if anybody would volunteer to do the phoning I could get you in contact with the mayor. Just PM me and ask for the info. I don't think it'd be a real good idea to post it public.
