whats ppl's thoughts on a header of this? this maybe should include operating systems, mobos, bios, tempatures,vid card, or general ?

If you're talking about overclocking in particular, start a thread in Overclocking & Cooling.  Other than that, post it up in General Mayhem.  If it looks to be quite a success I can make it sticky.
