I am trying to find a program that reads ISO's as a CD Drive. I know they are out there, I just don't know what the name of a newer one is that works with windows XP. It would be nice not to have to keep the Battlefield 1942 CD in the drive everytime it was needed to start the game. Help me out here Fujitsu.

Hmm, I've never actually tried one of these, but I know alot of people like them, I just install the crack, much easier

I think that most of these programs just create virtual drives, or little partitions, I can't remember the one that I have seen working, but I think its this one

This one is just a 15-day trial, not sure if any of the free one's are any good, I know that Azza motherboards used to come with a free virtual drive program, whether it was any good or not I don't know

Use a program called Daemon Tools.  It basically mounts an ISO image as a CD drive so you can play without the actual CD.

It is freeware as long as its not used comercially.  If you use it for commercial use, then you have to obtaina license for it.
