OCZ is no stranger to SSD drives and their Agility 4 is on the bech of APHNetworks today.  This 256GB drive has a lot to offer at a very attractive price.  If you are looking for a nice little SSD that can get the job done at a good price, you should check out this review before you spend the rest of that Christmas money.

However, it seems to us while the OCZ Vertex 4 256GB is a victim of benchmark software optimization, the Agility 4 256GB simply does not perform nearly as well as its bigger brother, or even its predecessor, for that matter. The OCZ Agility 3 240GB is pretty close to the OCZ Vertex 3 240GB at a lower cost with better power consumption.

Techgage shows off the Netgear ReadyNAS Duo v2 NAS Server in their latest review and show off how well this dual drive equipped unit can hold up to daily use.  It has quite a few features that make it worth checking out if you aren't quite at the point of picking up a faster, 4-bay or great QNAP product.  Take a look and see what they thought of this unit.

This past summer, we were provided with a ReadyNAS Duo v2.  The v2 is NETGEAR’s follow-up to its popular ReadyNAS Duo NAS that we saw at CES 2009.  With updated internals, the v2 should be faster and quieter than the original hardware and with time to mature, a better administrator web interface.  The spec upgrades are necessary and expected, given the pace that technology advances, but the GUI is an absolute must.
