Topic: VulcLAN 2013 (11 Years & Counting) Announced! Game Poll

I am running a poll here and you can actually vote three times.  Please, please, PLEASE only vote for each item once.  I'm just wondering how many servers and tournaments we are going to run.

Here are some details:

Date: March 28-31, 2013

We WILL be playing either Supreme Commander 2 (or another RTS), or League of Legends.  These have been requested games, but we can only have a maximum of three PC tournaments over the weekend.

Also, please indicated below whether you'd rather play some Black Ops 1 or Black Ops 2. 

It looks like we will be doing a Call of Duty 4 tournament (again, by request).  I'm just trying to figure out what the popular consensus is so we can come up with some rules and information before the LAN.

We may do either Need for Speed as well - or maybe some SSX.  Those are pretty wide open... and I'm open to suggestions!

Perhaps its necessary, but it pains me to see UT3 excluded from 2013.  Still my fav LAN game.  On another note, I'm excited for Supreme Commander 2.  What format would this tourney take?  1v1? 2v2?

We had to cut out one of the regular games in order to fit in a SupCom or LoL tournament.  There is already quite a few people that have requested CoD4, so we opted for that one for the "Old-School".  I think SupCom will be a 2v2 in order to get more people involved and move things along a little quicker.

That being said, I'm open to suggestions.

Haha,  Alright seeker,  I'm in.  GOTY comes pre-installed on my machine.  Its a little arrangement I have with Microsoft. 
2V2 Supcom 2 Sounds good I think.  Haven't played it enough to know if there's a better way to go or not.  Better practice up I guess.

I've been lost in League of Legends since about April last year. I came up for air to see if the Vulclan lanparty was  scheduled. That would be Awesome if there was a tournament in League of Legends! It's my new Unreal Tournament drug.

I hate to be "that guy" complaining about selection, but no TF2/CSGO/SC2/DotA2/NS2/?

I haven't been to VulcLAN yet, I plan to, but I don't know what has gone on for past VulcLANs so don't hate me for not knowing. I haven't really had the means to attend for too long, so now I can discover it.

I did an interview with a local paper today and they are going to be giving BCCHardware.com and VulcLAN.com some pre-event press and promotion.  We will be in (hopefully) the next issue and will have a link for you when it is available.  This is pretty cool stuff.  If you haven't registered yet, please do so or you may not get yourself a seat!  We have a few seats left so go check it out!
