Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Ultrabook

We have just posted our review of the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Ultrabook.  As configured, this unit comes with a Core i5 CPU, a 14" 1600x900 screen 8GB of DDR3 and Windows 7.  It may not look like the fanciest Ultrabook on the market, but the quality, performance, build and features of this unit are rock solid.  If you're a fan of the ThinkPad line, but think that an Ultrabook can't live up to your expectations, you really should check out our full review for more details.

Most Ultrabooks are a brushed aluminum, but the X1 Carbon has used the traditional ThinkPad matte black design. At first I wasn't overly impressed as is wasn't all "shiny", but after a couple days of comparing it side by side with other Ultrabooks I began to really appreciate the fact that I wasn't having to wipe fingerprints off of it every few minutes.
