This is only about 1/2 mile from house and this is some of the more minor flooding.

If you've got a swamp boat that could be a lot of fun.  If you don't. . . suck's being you.  We are having a bit of extreme weather here right now too.  It was -38°C this morning at our place.  I've seen colder, but I really don't want to.

One extra one of field right to the west of the house just over road. Looks like we have beach front property.

We were in Vegas during the first week of January and It rained for about 20 hours. This is the scene under our hotel. BTW. On the Prairies we whould hardly have called it rain. We could walk outside for 10 minutes at a time and not get soaked

Besides a swamp boat you could have a lot of fun riding a skimboard in those puddles as long as there is some dirt or grass under ya!! If you don't know what skimmin' is see here: www.rcskim.com . I have started my own business building these. See my "coming soon" page here: www.ride77.ca .

We've all the same type of weather going on here in Missouri also. The Mississippi is over it banks in several places and all the small streams and rivers have flooded. Most have gone back within their banks yesterday and today, but what a mess.
