Sorry but i've got another q.....perhaps this is better suited to the tech support section i don't know ??? but, i've transfered some music files onto my yh-820 but i want to 'manage' them......by this i mean is it possible to sort them into folders/aldums/genres yourself as they're all mixed in with one another in the various folders and for those which i've only copied 1 song from an album across it's created an entry in all folders....any ideas?

I can confirm that the modle I reviewed the YH-820 has no FM Tuner.  I know that other models, YH-920 does, as well as most mid-range flash based MP3 players.  If the UK version has a radio tuner, that's cool, but the North American one does not.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

There are probably two easy ways to do this, and both will require that you spend a little more money.  The cheapest would be to use a "Cassette Adapter".  It would have a 1/8" stereo plug, and then the cassette would plug into your tape deck (if you've got one).  The other way would be to grab a decent FM transmitter, again plugging in to your YH-820 and then tuning your FM radio to the frequecy.  Other than that I'm not sure how you'd go about it.

No problem.  Glad we could help!  I used the cassette adapter method when on a trip down to the U.S. back in February.  It worked just fine.

Where did you find the review BTW?
