Mobo question. . .
« on: February 06, 2003, 04:36:25 PM »
Has anyone heard anything bad about the EP-8K9A2+?  I know it's not nForce2, but I'm not convinced that nForce is that much superior to KT400.  Any/all input would be appreciated.

Also, any other overclocking mobo suggestions are welcome.

Seems to be a fairly good motherboard. You can find reviews here.

The only concern I would have is that I have had quite a few motherboards based on the KT400 chipset that were very unstable at agp8x.  Also I'm not sure what kind of overclock you would be able to get out of this board.

Life is a toilet.  As soon as you get caught up, someone flushes you again.

People, seem to like the nForce boards, but as far as benchmarks go, it doesn't seem to stick out that much to me
