Ivy Bridge Overclocking

TweakTown has a couple of Ivy Bridge chips and pushes them pretty hard with some decent cooling.  They take the Core i7 3770K and the Core i5 3570K and manage to get some extra performance out of these chips - although not as much as with the 2600K Sandy Bridge.  Take a look for all the details.

Still if we've learned one thing, *cough* Bulldozer *cough*, it's that MHz isn't everything. While our 3770k comes clocked 400MHz lower than our older 2600k, can the upcoming Ivy Bridge platform offer better efficiency at the clock rate? Well, there's really only one way to find out.
