Board Bits

If you are looking for a good mATX motherboard for a small case, but don't want to sacrifice power or features, the ASUS Maximus V GENE over at Vortex is a pretty compelling board. It has Intel's Z77 chipset and supports 3rd Generation Core i7 CPUs from Intel... as well as CrossfireX, SLI and a mixture thanks to LucidLogix - all in an mATX package.
If that board is too big or too expensive, perhaps the Zotac A75-ITX WiFi A-E board over at TechPowerUp will be more to your liking. This little board supports USB3.0, AMDs FM1 socket CPUs and has one PCIe 16x slot for your favorite Graphics Card.
