30% of UK File-Sharers intend to Pirate more...

A UK based law firm has conducted a survey asking file-sharers if they intend to pirate more material in the upcoming 12 months and 30% of people who responded said yes. Now this survey might not be all that accurate since its a bunch of lawyers asking people about illegal activity, but the fact of the matter is that people are still downloading content. It seems like the number has dropped in the past couple of years thanks to easier (and less expensive) service like Netflix, however, it looks like there is still a ways to go. TorrentFreak takes a closer look at this survey.

According to a report from a leading UK law firm, nearly 30% of UK file-sharers say they intend to pirate more movies, music, games and ebooks during the next 12 months. The entertainment industries shouldn’t be too disappointed though – 36% and 34% of paying music and movie customers say they’ll consume more in the year to come.
