Bruce Willis Sues Apple - Yippie Ki-Yay...

Bruce Willis is looking at some legal options and thinking about suing Apple after he read their terms of service. The Die Hard actor wants to leave his music collection to his children when he passes away, but according to Apple - all of the music he has must be destroyed when he dies. That makes sense... or not. TheNextWeb has more information.
Once Willis passes away though, those tunes become effectively worthless, according to the Terms and Conditions for Apple’s iTunes store, which describe a “nontransferable license.”
