OTA Update for GS3 Fixes Vulnerability

A while back a vulnerability was discovered in the Exynos chip and there seems to be a patch coming OTA that may fix this issue.  In the UK a patch is currently rolling out that is 21.38MB in size, and hopefully this fixes the issue so people can rest a little easier.  TheAndroidSoul has more information.

The update is 21.38MB in size and has the build number I9300XXLEA, but what changes or improvements it brings remains to be seen. One guess is that the update could be rolling out to fix the vulnerability in the Exynos chipset used in the Galaxy S2/S3/Note/Note 2, which was recently exploited by developers on the XDA forums to gain root access to the device by simply using an app.
