Zynga is closing 11 games

Zynga had a bad 2012 and is now as a result starting to cut some costs by closing down 11 of their poorly performing games. Of those 11 games, PetVille, Mafia Wars 2, and Vampire Wars are the bigger name tittles and the rest you've probably never heard of. Chances are good this isn't the last of the cuts from Zynga, but for now all the other "Ville" games are safe. PCGamer has more details.

Troubled Facebook game/vacuous money-trap maker Zynga is rushing to cut costs in the wake of its fast falling share price. TechCrunch are reporting that 11 titles are being shut down, including PetVille, Mafia Wars 2, and Vampire Wars, among others. FarmVille remains safe. I know you were worried.
