Xbox One Drops to $299

As part of Micorosoft's spring sale, they have lowered the price of the Xbox One to $299. Of course, the $300 price tag will be on 500GB versions - but the $50 price drop on Xbox is across the board - all Xbox One bundles will be $50 cheaper. There are a few new titles that are getting a price cut as well as a host of mainstream titles getting some serious price cuts. As spring approaches, people want to be outside, but Microsoft is trying to make it easier to stay inside.

There's more coming soon afterward, too. On March 22nd, Microsoft begins a week-long Xbox Store sale that discounts games by 40 to 60 percent, including flagship games (like Fallout 4 and Far Cry Primal) and PC titles. It'll slash prices on movies and TV shows, too, and Xbox Live Gold members can get additional discounts of up to 10 percent.
