Dell Shows Off Secure 2-in-1 to Rival Surface Pro

Almost every company has been hard at work chasing the Microsoft Surface success - including Dell, Acer, HP and many others. Dell however, sees that having all your data with you all the time with such a light and handy device can breed security concerns. They've addressed this with their latest Latitude 5285 - which launches here at CES this week. While it doesn't support Windows Hello, it comes with an infrared camer that supports biometric authentication.

Additionally, the Latitude 5285 comes with Intel's latest seventh-generation (Kaby Lake) Core processors, while the Pro 4 is stuck with 6th-gen (Skylake) chips. On top of that, you'll also get a USB 3.0 port and 2 USB Type-C ports; while many expect the next-gen Surface Pro to support USB-C, it's not supported on the Pro 4.
