Introduction:
Today we are looking at a gaming rig from the people at iBUYPOWER - a company that builds custom gaming desktops and laptops. The iBUYPOWER company has sent us a series 901 Chimera X58 gaming rig for review. iBUYPOWER will build you a gaming rig in any configuration that you want. As you can guess there are a lot of choices. They ship their desktop in your standard cardboard box, but once you open it you will find something new - the NZXT Phantom chassis box surrounded by high quality foam rubber. This is a small price to pay to ensure your desktop rig arrives in good condition.

As you can guess the price of a gaming computer will vary, and the review sample that iBUYPOWER sent us is pretty loaded. The Chimera uses a black NZXT Phantom full tower enclosure that they custom painted. Then they added their own custom look with lots of flames! This makes it a very sweet looking chassis! If you have seen our pictures from CES this year, you have already seen it.
