Fun Night #5 (February 17, 2005)
« on: February 16, 2005, 03:29:23 PM »
Fun Night #4 (February 17, 2005) - PLEASE NOTE WE ARE GOING TO TRY AND GET GOING 30 MINUTES EARLIER THAN NORMAL, LAST WEEK MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WERE ON BY THEN SO WE MIGHT AS WELL HAVE THAT AS THE START TIME, we will call this week "Anything Goes" Week

MAPS (Game type will be Conquest, unless we have a bunch of people who want CTF):
Iwo Jima
Kharkov
Desert Shield
Kursk

These maps like usual can be skipped if everyone else wants to play something different, just a "Suggested" list of maps, I'm just basically putting them here so we can put them in rotation in case we have no other suggestions or requests

Just gonna pick 4 to stick into the rotation, each will have a 30 minute limit. We will try and get going at 7:30 MST. Be there, or else!

Also there is NO password on the server tonight, everyone is welcome

Last weeks Fun Night was sorta a flop, but this week should be better now that we have all the server issues sorted out, Hope to see everyone there

do we have FTP access to the server?  cause i wouldn't mind trying DC Nights on the server.  That's only if we can get it on there.

I'll be there tonight as well.  I'll look into adding DC Bridge Nights. . . Everyone will have to have it installed first though.

EDIT:  I've added it to the server, and you'll need to download the same version here.  There are different revisions of this map, and we should all try to use the same one.  Extract this file to your X:\Battlefield 1942\Mods\DC_Final\Archives\BF1942\levels directory.  That should do it!

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hopefully everyone can get it installed for tonight so we can give it a try, I think as long as everyone has the same version installed we should be fine
